This picture has my student assistant (in jeans, standing) helping. I saw enough of this giving and collaborating spirit to believe the participants help each other out whenever and however they can.

Playing “Frenzied Fun and Facts” or “F3.” Three coaches coached three teams to get sponge balls into bins. Each ball represented an user/librarian interaction. The balls landing in bins were successful interactions, with each of three bins with different values. The further away the bin, the higher the value of each successful interaction.
